Alright, this is rather embarrassing, so please avoid flaming me > (Yes I did search)

So, I'm going through the quest making tutorial, ya know, where we help out Good ol' Mr. Olo getting his amulet back. I've gone all the way through the tutorial, and everything is going just great...except, when I talk to Bendu in game, and tell him that I'll help him, it doesn't give me the quest. I've checked, I'm sure it's something dumb I've missed Any ideas?

I have a problem later in the quest. I can't seem to give the amulet back to Bendu Olo. There was no dialog for this stage, to hand over the item. So I assume its supposed to happen when you click on him.

As for your problem, when you accept the quest (topic info: "Sure, I can do that", do you have this line of code in the End papyrus fragment:

GetOwningQuest().SetStage(10)

Then under Quest Stages tab for stage 10

SetObjectiveDisplayed(10)Alias_Thief.GetReference().Enable()DungeonMarker.AddToMap()

Also check you have done the properties correctly, and compiled the scripts.

If you get errors with setting properties, you might need to delete the scripts from the skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source folder

Hate to, but have to bump. Still not working, went through tutorial again, and again, and again.

Download my plugin to compare. It works, but I had to create my own solution to finish the quest. Dialogue will be fast because I've not supplied the sound files. Make sure none of the script files replace your own, just in case. Also, you need to compile them all.
