I've played through the Dawnguard content twice now and haven't had this issue. But now I started a new game, finished a few questlines before starting Dawnguard. Now that I have started the content, characters all over the place just stand there twirling in circles. At first I was only mildly annoyed. But now Serana won't follow me because she's too busy twirling in circles. Anyone else have this problem?

Oh, I figured I should post this here instead of the beta forum since the DLC released today and it's no longer in beta.
