So I believe I was in the town of Nipton when I ran into these two skeletons on the ground. One was named Owen and the other was a woman(forgot her name). When I went and clicked on their body the little fallout guy appeared in the top left and had the crazy spiral eyes and gave me this ".....". Does anyone know what this was a reference to??
