Yeah, that's what I thought when I read that part of the article. Not to mention he may have been close to the other passenger.

I know its hilarious to picture a flying bear smacking a car.

But I find the joking attitude and puns of two people dying and a possibly injured bear in a freak accident in very bad taste.
