Hey there. Recently, when I subscribe to a mod on Steam workshop, It would not download and instead I get an error message that that says "Failed to enumerate subscribed files!" So, I found the mods on Skyrim Nexus and downloaded them from there. But when I loaded the game, it was SUPER bright. everything that gives off light is so bright its almost white. (Fire, sky, etc.) Its not the monitor, i verified game cache, reinstalled twice, deleted Skyrim directory, and disabled ALL mods. Help!

I would like to know:

1) What does "Failed to enumerate subscribed files!" mean?

2) How to fix the super brightness. EDIT Tried fiddling with brightness settings, to no avail.
