Ulfric is trying to kill me! : V

I am a level 11 Nord, just completed the White Phial quest and was heading to talk to Jorlief about the Blood on the Ice quest. Upon entering the Hall of Kings, Ulfric goes hostile. I have 0 bounty and had already spoken to Ulfric and Galmar about joining the Stormcloaks with no issues. All the Windhelm guards have no problem with me until Ulfric goes berserk. The only other oddity I can think of was that Tsalgar the Wanderer attacked me just west of Windhelm for no reason.

I've seen this bug posted elsewhere on the web and the solutions ranged from avoiding Windhelm for a week and all will be fine or changing Ulfric's faction via console, but that hasn't worked.

Running latest patch 1.6.89

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I give the same advice I have given to others. Remove all the mods you have and see if Ulfric still goes berserk. If Ulfric begins to act normally, then you just have to find the faulty mod.
