Do you pronounce ED-E's name like "Ee-dee-ee" or "Eddie"?

I personally pronounce it as a feminine 'EDI' as in short for Edith. Though I do try and respect the will of my fellow Enclave compatriot whom created her by simply calling it Eee-Dee-Eee like he did.

They made Ed-E intentionaly uni-six to make him appeal to more players.

That said, playing Mass Effect made me pronounce it "ee-dee."

Wait.. Do you mean ee-dee or E-D-E with that first choice?

I call him Eddie as in Ed - E because that's how it is put in game, plus his personal quest is called ED-E My Love which is a reference to the actual song "Eddie My Love" so in my opinion that's the correct way in saying his name. I do however call him Eee Dee from time to time but that's mostly because Mass Effect 2 that had EDI.

PS Don't get me wrong you can call him/her whatever you want it's your game.

Yes Feartheliving makes a very good point.
Myself though I just always think / say Eee De in the feminine, just because it's how I pronounced it first time I met ED-E.

At first I pronounced it as "Eddie", but then after hearing the recordings during the "ED-E My Love" quest I now call it by "Ee-dee". My pet name for it is "flying piece of [censored] that gets stuck in ceilings and rocks".

Not really, it's creator calls it Eee-Dee-Eee os isn't that it's correct name?

Well not really the point though when a cop is giving a dispatcher a license plate number he doesn't just say Tomato (stupid personal plate) he'll state the letters T-O-M-A-T-O I look at the Enclave recording the same way. Like I said though doesn't really matter what you call him it's your game.

I call him Eddie because he runs around shooting things without wearing clothes. It's a quality you expect from all good Eddies.

Eddie. He's my bot, I'll call him whatever I want. Also, a long string of cusswords flows more naturally as "Eddie you @#$%# @##$$$ @#@#." Pronouncing the name as individual letters slows down the stream of invective too much.
