Alright I just happen to randomly do this ( October 25 2010 on the xbox 360 ) and I went from level 17 to 23 ( not 22 my bad ) in not even one single minute!

Here's how you do it: You go to Vault 11 and you go to the Sacrificial Chamber ( there's guides on how to get there, it takes like 30 minutes to get there ) and then kill the robots. Once this is done, if you look to your left you'll see a door. Open this door and you'll come across a terminal ( it's actually called the Vault 11 Mainframe ). Click on this terminal and click the 2nd and 3rd options non stop ( DON'T CLICK THE FIRST OPTION! ).

Just keep clicking 2nd, then 3rd, 2nd then 3rd.

What this does is, every time you click both you earn 500 xp.

I did this about 10 times and earned 5,000 xp! I leveled up so quickly its amazing!

If you hit the first option like I did then the glitch will stop working. Give it a go and thank me .

so its more like 10 min. not 1 min? lol, not like it matters still super fast.

about 10 minutes to get there and then once you're there you get a massive amount of exp in a very short time frame.

Tough stuff. I think i got you beat by a good margin.

there are several bugged missions/dialogue like this I've seen already.

That is only for the PC verson, if you're on the 360 / ps3 version where you can't go into the console commands and edit your level, this is the next best thing to leveling up.

I've encountered a large number of bugged missions / dialogues as well but they don't come close to this. it's just two simple clicks and you get +500 xp, you don't even have to leave the window just keep going up and down and clicking.

i hope they dont fix it by the time i get to try and do it (tomorrow evening)

where is the vault give me a location please

If you have started the brotherhood questline you will eventually come upon a quest to go to various vaults to find certain items. Vault 11 is one of those places, though you can still enter it without the quest.

Vault 11 is north of Novac. West of Boulder City and East of Black mountain.

where is overseers key/note thing for computer?

Super useful, I just backtracked by a ton of hours because I didn't like how one of the choices I'd made went so this helped me get back to where I was in level at leas4t.

You mean to access the Sacrificial chamber from the Overseers room?

The key is rather far in the vault. Can't really explain it other than that it's near the cafeteria and passed the Reactor area. I believe it's in the room called the Atrium. Anyways once you get there there's a note on the Stand at the front, this also contains the password so that you can access the terminal.

Thanks Worked Well. Only did it to get achievement lol. i deleted the save game and reverted so now ill get lvl 30 legitly

Haha that's alright glad it worked for you, I didn't mean for this to happen to me I'd rather get there legitly but I didn't have any other saves before hand and I liked the character I was becoming.

BTW for those of you who are probably thinking " You can't do it on accident liar! " well when you're doing the glitch it doesn't immediately register you're gaining the experience until after you exit so i figured i was just messing around.

Went ahead and tryd the glitch again, got similar results but found something else out. Somehow the amount of times you can do this glitch to earn xp is based on the amount of time between each use. I went ahead and clicked the 2nd + 3rd option two times, waited about half a minute and did it again except that time I never got any xp.

I suggest if you're doing this, go as fast as you can because there seems to be a link with time.
