Ultimate Vampire Lord Build

I know we all probably have an idea or what we think would make the perfect Vampire Lord so I figured I would share my ideas. Maybe this might inspire some ideas or maybe you could post some feedback if there are any obvious weakness to the build. This build is tailored for master difficulty and is the reason for my attribute distribution. So here we go :

Race: Breton

The main reason I picked Breton is for the Dragonskin ability and magic resistance. I feel both of these abilities will aid my vampire the most in the long run, if the vampire lord form is anything like werewolf form then I will be able to activate http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Dragonskin_%28Skyrim%29 and http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Dragonhide before I transform.

Attributes

Magicka 25%
Health 60%
Stamina 15%

So when the character is maxed out it will look something like this:

Magicka 300 / 350*
Health 650 / 700*
Stamina 150 / 200*

*Power of the Grave perk + 50 to Magicka, Health, Stamina while in Vampire Lord form.

You might ask why so many points in Health? I choose this so my vampire lord is extremely resilient in vampire lord form and doesn't get taken out in 1 or 2 hits in master difficulty. Additionally a large health pool with equilibrium also makes for a large magicka reserve if needed.

Spells

http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Harmony

http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Dragonhide
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Equilibrium
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Paralyze_%28Skyrim%29 or http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Mass_Paralysis

http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Dead_Thrall
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Bound_Sword_%28Skyrim%29

http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Close_Wounds

As far as armor goes I would just go with the vampire armor you like the best. With Dragonhide and being a necromage vampire + stability perk will last over 3 minutes.

When not in Vampire Lord form the character will use Illusion to start infighting with spells like frenzy or mayhem. Dual casting Frenzy can be very powerful and has a good range, once the enemy is devastated from fighting each other you can send in your thralls (which should be master vampires) to clean up.

What do you guys think?

I respect that you put a lot of work into this.

The first thing I'd like to criticize is your choice of calculator--would you mind editing your post and using http://skyrimcalculator.com/ instead? It's much easier to use and easier for us, the audience, to sift through. I'd also like to point out that, ideally, I think a build should be complete at or before level 50. This way, the player can be most competent as early as possible without such an emphasis on grinding past level 50 and can be competent late-game (as in levels 45+).

Finally, I'd like to say that I don't agree with using all three crafting skills; one is enough in my opinion, while I find more than one to be overpowered. I once used a build that utilized Enchanting and I ended up with more perks than I knew what to do with (I was using only the Bound Sword as a weapon, and therefore collected lots of souls and gained many levels from my Conjuration increase). I decided to put those points into Smithing so that I'd have access to more unique weapons, and that's when the build lost its fun: I already had access to powerful weapons since I was a high level, was good with a blade, and could enchant them fairly effectively; Smithing just broke it for me.

I do like some of the things you're doing (I haven't looked through everything; I skimmed some parts). Necromancy and bound weapons are awesome in their own right and even greater for a vampire IMO, and I LOVE the idea of using Equilibrium for that character; it gives it that "blood magic" feel (ever play Dragon Age?) since you have so much health and not a lot of magic (brilliant, I say). I also really like that you have Avoid Death, as it gives the character that "undying" effect (I'm a big Magic: The Gathering fan), which is a perfect fit for a vampire (and I plan on using that perk, too).

I'll post my build in a little while; tell me what you think :). I'll also get back to looking through yours soon. :foodndrink:

Yeah when I was putting this together it was thinking more of the ultimate OP Vampire Lord, that being said you could easily cut it down to a level 50 version with only 1 trade skill. It would look something like this on the new calc:

Level 50 Vampire Lord
http://skyrimcalculator.com/#141720

Attributes would probably be around this numbers:

Magicka 250 / 300
Health 500 / 550
Stamina 140 / 190

Yeah I was trying to achieve a blood magic theme with the equilibrium spell and the avoid death perk will be more effective with a larger health pool. If your health drops below 55 you will gain back 312 health from the necromage perk + vampirism. If you drop dragonhide and dragonskin before you go into vampire lord form you will have 80% physical damage resist for 3 minutes and 50% spell absorption for about 60 seconds. That should make the vampire lord pretty beastly assuming they carry over like they do in werewolf form. There is definitely some good ideas in the mix and should make a fun character to play whether you what to do the op route or the role play version. Thanks for the feed back and looking forward to others ideas as well.
