Ditto, i tried but apparently they are quite lax in the luck department (my luck is 10) and i win ALOT so really alot of blackjack and lucky roulette for you is all you can do

blackjack or if your feeling frisky just bet on 0 in roulette all the time

Blackjack will take a long time with a 200 chip limit and 6 luck
Roulette pays 36:1 on a single number but good luck hitting.

Maybe get a luck implant and take the intense training perk for +1 luck on your next level up. With 8 luck you might do better at roulette.

Don't forget to wear the naughty nightwear from Mitch and Ralphs. +1 luck right there for 300ish caps.

With the naughty nightwear and implants I have 10 luck. Roulette is still a pain in the but for me -_____-

Ha, i feel lucky then,
My first toon had 4 luck and got 3 oranges on the first slot machine attempt.
Next, he picked the right number for the roulette twice in a row.

I got 7 luck and its going slow for me also in that casino. BTW im not sure if its just my game or what but the implant and any item that boost luck doesnt work in the casino for gambling, for me atleast. I got the implant and an outfit item and it didnt help no payout or chance with me so i figured it was base luck from the beginning of the game (not sure if u use intense training)
