Lively, aren't they? I'm considering giving them names. Jim Bob, Charlie, Wandering Sammy.

I like to think that they walk around when I'm gone and scramble to get back in place as soon as I get home.

Wait do you mean you see them moving, and walking around, or they just aren't on the stand like they should be and they are in another spot?

Because I have had it where I came in the house and one of my mannequins in the TG armor had moved and was standing in the room in the famous Bigfoot pose. Like this http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/2/25/Smalfut.jpg

Yes its an annoying bug to be sure, take everything off them and equip them again and they should be fine, if they do not have any gear on them put some on and they will ho back to their original place.

Mine tend to go in the floor halfway sometimes also.

Get out the house! GET OUT NOW~!

I had a seriously disturbed night checking out a house mod. There were mannequins everywhere, except for in the bedroom....until I woke up and found one in there looking at me. Then I went downstairs and found a fully armored dead bandit orc on the living room floor. Must have broke in during the night and someone or something....well.......I ran right out that house as fast as possible and never returned.

If you look outta the corner of your eye you can sometimes catch them moving. Creepiest things I ever came across, I won't have them in any house of mine.

I assume moving. This happened to me, once. In the basemant of the player home in Riften. One was actually "walking", for about three steps.

I was..."Ah, HAH! Caught ya!

I’ve had the one in Proudspire Manor that faces the basemant door move its arms upon entry. The first time it happened, there may have been an unwarriorlike shriek.

Here’s a picture of the restless mannequin in Riften. (It’s a http://i1106.photobucket.com/albums/h361/grits29/RestlessMannequin.png.) Now I’ll have to try to catch it in action!

Well, i believe the mannekins are technically speaking NPCs, so a bug can make AI activate on them, and you get the night of the living dolls :bolt:

I don't know about that. They might be friendly. My housecarl in Riften didn't mind sharing a meal with one while the other slept in my bed. Mannequins apparently subsist on bread by the way.

Although, I haven't been back in that house since I saw that happened, so they may have gutted her since then.

CK has them as a character. Any sane mind would have made them as a static storage object.

Night of the Living Dolls....that sounds like the name of a horror movie, or an interesting mod.
