I am blocked from completing “May my Hand Forget its Skill” – I do all the approp quests, get to Daniel, free Salt upon Wounds (also tried killing him) – Daniel then asks if I’ve done everything, I say ‘yes’, he says “you let them die” (not sure why – did I miss a quest?), he gives me the C4, the screen fades and I’m in front of the tunnel. I can’t move, but the scenary is still moving, and I can press the Start button.

Anyone else or heard of this?

Assuming this some variation of the last mission - did you try pressing the equip weapon key? I was confused when I reached the very end too...thought the game had frozen me in front of that grid tunnel entrance or something. But the equip weapon put the detonator in your hand, you use it, you get end slides.

LadyCrimson, you are 100% correct - the game appears frozen, but it's not. You need to press 'X' then RT - wammo - cheevo pops.
