Hi,

I'm having an annoying problem, I can't get caught when pickpocketing or stealing. Just tried sneaking in front of a guard, fully detected and stole everything he had and all he did was commenting on what an honorable path I was on (for joining the companions)...

Anyone got an idea of how I can solve this? It's a bit too easy stealing stuff right now.

Edit: I actually get the message "You've been caught pickpocketing" but I get no consequences.

Thats a little weird...Did you maybe use the console to disable AI? hit tilde key and type "tai" without quotes while not having anything as your active target. Its really the only thing i can think of that could cause that, but it's a long shot to be perfectly honest.
