Very recently I've encountered a bug in my current game. I cannot sleep in any bed, including in my owned home, nor can I wait anywhere -- I get "you cannot wait in this area" or "you cannot sleep here"

I've heard of others having this same bug. Is there a work-around or console code or something that will either fix this, or at least, allow me to pass time (I can live without the well-rested perk).
