Sorry. Just started the game. I can't get my hands untied. I go to Ralof, but can't speak to him, nor get hands untied. Any help for a newbie?

Keep playing the game. Your hands will be untied later on in the game. It is supposed to be like that.

I had to step closer to him over and over, like trying to muscle him... I guess it's as good a place as any to be glitched, though... not as much to repeat.

someone should eventually untie you... frustrating.
