Why do i have to wait 5 more days than USA to play the game? Btw i live in England.

Or maybe delivery of the finished games to stores, though they're cutting it fine if they schedule the games to arrive at the stores only 3 days before release.

It's most likely an EU thing. It wouldn't be particularly fair to the rest of Europe if the UK got the game early, just because they speak the language the game happens to be published in. I know it seems a bit silly, but there are people who would cry foul over such a thing.
