I have a growing problem in Skyrim, I getting more and more unfinished quests,

Blood on the ice -> can't get assistance from Jorleif- there no line to ask for his assistance
Visit the collage of Winterhold-> just points to one of the mages nothing happens even if I speak to her
find a copy of on artaeum -> i guess i picked up the book before the quest, now it points me to and empty chest, doesn't update
boethia's calling-> took someone there, tried to activate the post nothing append, tried to kill them, nothing append

there at least 2 more, some musical instruments I found, I deliver them to brads collage, but they are not take from my inventory

For the books/instruments, go http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Items and get the item code. Then use the console command...
player.drop xxxxxxxx 1
Where xxxxxxxx is the item you want to drop. You can then just pick it up and the quest will continue.

For boethia's calling, you need to speak to your victim and tell them to use the post!

Blood on Ice is a bit tricky. Go back to the Skyrim Wiki and try some of the fixes on there.

BTW I don't know if there is mention of it on the boards, but steam stoped giving me achievements for skyrim I have 16 achievements to go and I compleated about 5 and didn't get any of them
