I just hopped on Skyrim for a couple of hours and was training my level 24 Altmer mage to 90 Illusion so I could do the Ritual for Drevis Neloran. I had never done it before so i went there asap after getting 90. When i got there instead of having me do the ritual he made me cleanse the little blue light well things around the College. After I had done that he didn't seem to want to give me the Ritual still so i left. After walking for awhile west of Winterhold I noticed something strange after tackling a group of bandits and ice wraiths.

I wasn't running out of magicka. I would spam adept level spells and even as i was charging the spells while i was still in combat my magicka would go back to full in about a half second. There was literally no way for me to get my magicka down to 0, hell i couldn't get it to even 50%. I looked at my magic effects to see that the quest i had done gave me a boost in magicka for a few hours but said nothing about super regen. I fast traveled to solitude to see if it would wear off, it didn't. So i went to Vokun's crypt and proceeded to mow down all the Draugr and mop the floor with Vokun himself.

When i got back on my computer i checked out what happened and found this... http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Out_of_Balance . Seems I have been bugged to awesome levels of power. All i can say about this bug is...

Feels right man....feels right....but o so wrong.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? Also will this boost eventually go away because I've had it for a good 7 hours of ingame time and while i think it's awesome it feels so cheap at the same time.

I had it on a Mage character once, I trained Conjuration, Alteration and Illusion from the minimum level to 100 and still wasn't out of the super regen. It went away when I fast traveled to Riften though.

Hm...that gives me an idea...unlimited healing while on fire trap = awesome.
