I just found a glitch to have unlimited sprint. I'm on the Xbox version and I have whirl wind sprint level 1 equipped and if I press the bumpers( sprint and shout) back and forth I can sprint forever. Even after my stamina runs out.

Yeah, well I can use Whirlwhind Sprint infinitely

Fortify restoration+amulet of talos. My amulet gives me unlimited shouts so I can sprint fast, even while overencumbered

Amulet of Talos gives reduced time between shouts if I recall just as the Blessing of Talos does.

Apparently you can buff it (The Amulet) using the fortify restoration glitch

does the amulet stay buffed after 1 fortify restoration potion or do you have to take a potion every time you want infinite shouts?

If it's the same as the smithing/alchemy glitch you have to take it evey time.
