OK NCR is the main group the NCR rangers are like the army rangers or the Navy seals to a point there the Elite of NCR go to Fallout wiki to find out more if you want its under fractions(faction) is that better lol

actually the east coasters have to wait longer if they have pc version cause it doesn't unlock til 12:00 pst.
