So Bethesda/Modders, we hope you're reading this, because here is what we want from future DLC and/or modder expansions!

Make Windhelm's textures not look like crap! (Thankfully modders are already doing this.)

Give better textures to all the small things that look jarringly ugly up close! (Also being worked on, but this will take forever to be finished for ALL the pixely, ps2-esque textures scattered throughout the towns and dungeons)

Better hair options!

DLC that takes place in the realm of another Daedra Prince!

DLC that takes place in another part of Tamriel!

Climbing mechanics so I dont have to hump rocks and spam the jump button!

Agreed. I would like to see jyggalags true realm now that he has broken away from sheogorath. I can assure you there would be a great deal of perfetly symetrical crystal structures

Just relatively stupid little things mainly. I'm pretty happy I'd like to see the player head track stuff like in Oblivion. I'd like to be able to swivle the vanity camera around while moving. I'd like the player to do potion drinking , drinking and eating animations. I'd like to be able to play an instrument.

For the combat and skills to be balanced better in general, and for a decent PC control scheme and UI.

Also useable/moveable lanterns.

From Bethesda:

1) "Back to Morrowind" DLC that adds Blacklight and some surroundings to the Eastern part of the map.
2) Tone down enchanting and smithing a bit or make them harder to level, boost destruction.

From modders:

1) New and more immersive compass at the bottom of the screen and half opaque.
2) New map that resembles the 2D paper map of Oblivion/Morrowind. Having it fill in like Morrowind's would be awesome.
3) PC UI, 'nuff said.
4) Maybe a "back to solstheim" mod, since Skyrim has all the assets they would need.

- More followers to choose from with unique playing styles for the Roleplayers.
- The ability to buy to buy more weapon racks, etc... for houses
- The Ability to stock shelves and tables with the items you want.
- More unique encounters while wondering the wilderness (Werewolves, and the like)
- Better hair options :D

- I'd like to see a way to buy one of the random outposts in the province that are usually filled with bandits. It would server as a home, lots of room to store items and collections, a place for all your house carls and followers to conjugate. In addition add random bandit attacks while you're at home and make it more interesting.

I'd like to see more unique armour sets too... Unique items which all have special bonuses and a over all bonus for wearing the whole set... scatter them them throughout so they can only be found via quest rewards or chests. ...

All I can come up with.

within realistic beth dev capabilities, id like to see extended faction questlines, quests that take place in morrowind, underwater ruins, race exlusive quests, more thalmor related involvement and more Khajit lore, and definately would like to know MUCH more about whats going on in the rest of tamriel at this period in time.

Although I'm holding out until post exams to purchase Skyrim, one of the things I've heard about it that I find coolest is the idea that dragons act randomly, spawn randomly, and, consequently, the damage that they inflict is both permanent and random. I believe having more unique and random encounters adds a lot to the game (especially if the effects are lasting such as a destroyed building or bridge), so maybe having things besides dragons that act in this respect? It would make for fascinating replay value and endless possibilities. I've heard quests develop differently based on your character, which gets exactly at the kind of randomization that I am talking about, only perhaps making it random to the point where I could theoretically design the same character over and over and still have different things happen. Thank you so much for all of the awesome installments already! I'm psyched to play!

More food recipes! Seriously. I like doing food and potions. Like combine all the fish into a seafood stew, or meat and bread into a sandwich. Also, I want onions.

Crab armor (OK, this is a joke).

Fix the game so it can be played, or stop fixing the game so we can fix it ourselves. *poke*

Other than that...

Different key for Grab and Take
Animals not counting as witnesses
Making it harder to sneak, or rather remain hidden (Standing 2 m from someone and shooting them to the face with a bow just to hear "Huh, I though I heard something" gets old after a while)
Making...

Actually, most of the things will get fixed by fans, eventually. Don't think Bethesda will fix or try to fix anything that isn't obviously broken enough to render the game uunplayable.

For DLC ... Other province, or at least a part of it. Preferably something that wasn't in TES game before. Or perhaps someothing about / on the sea?

Spell creation, more spells in general.

Make the ash piles disappear or remove them from the game

Put magic resistance back in the game.

Add in a more meaningful attribute system.

Bug fixes.

-- > a different UI

-- > fix the Favorites menu - list favorites by category, not alphabetical order. Also, put all hotkeyed favorites at the top, in order, so that it's easier to see how you have hotkeys mapped out

-- > jeweled weapons and armor

-- > more textures to work with when CK comes out (hard to tell where you are at when all dungeons look alike)

-- > more diversified voice acting (tired of hearing the same voice over and over again!)

-- > more wildlife, more bad guys, larger groups of bad guys (Skyrim seems so empty!)

-- > reduction in the amount of trapping landscapes - where you get stuck and can't jump out. There's way too many places where this has happened to me so far.

-- > have dragons react to shouts when you are not in combat with them. I mean, you shout, it echoes, you can hear it for miles, but the dragon flying overhead doesn't hear it?? (I hate trying to get a dragon to notice me, only to have it fly off before my shouts renew! ) (And no, I do NOT want shout wait time reduced!)

All said and done, I'd be happy with just a new UI from Bethesda. The one they have is anti-immersion. I'm sure mods will take care of the rest!
