Well, theres one in the arch mages quarters. Only one ive found so far.

I found one in the Dark Brotherhood hideout, in one of the bedrooms

There's one in the old man's room in the Companion's hall in Whiterun.

The thieves guild knows all about these gems. I'd suggest looking for them in rifton
