Fihada is that guy that owns the bow and arrows shop "Fletcher" in Solitude

You know when you are doing inventory management and rush through a few shops to sell all your stuff. You don't really want to hear what everyone wants to say, so this is what happened:

You know when anyone starts a conversation and you go through a door and whatever person was talking likes to follow you out the door to finish the conversation... well that happened as I exited the shop and then fast traveled to Winterhold. Fihada was there and would not leave. So now everytime I go through the door hes there. But thats not all, I fast traveled to all the corners of the map. He's there!!!

I could have killed him, but my mage is a nice guy, so went to previous save file and lost an hour of progress and now I have to wait for everyone to finish what they have to say or it will happen again. "UGH!!! yes I know you got shot on the knee"
