Repair kits can no longer repair to 100% condition.

 Yes, because that's what gamers have been demanding all along, which is far more important than fixing the Ninja perk so it's not all fu@ked up. The game will be so much better now that we have to haul loads of weapons around to repair our sh!t.

Umm.. I believe they decreased the max to 99%. And weapons are at their top performance level way before that.

No need to freak out over nothing.

Lol ignorance at its fineist.

If you had bothered to read the WHOLE page you would have seen a comment by Obsidian staff saying repair kits repair up to 99.9%

I don't really care that they decreased the repair kits before I knew to what degree since it was to fix bugs, One percent is nothing for most weapons that around 3 or 4 rounds difference before their condition would start to drop.

Nope. I did bother reading the whole thing in the above link. Im looking and no can find. It just says "Repair kits can no longer repair to 100% condition" so what am I am supposed to think when I see that? I use the Tri-Beam Laser Rifle so that 1% means a lot. Oh and Ninja is still fu@ked up.

I wonder if a weapon at 99.9% conditions costs a cap less than one at 100%

People use ninja?

Using repair kits to 100% caused a lot of other problems. The solution was to prevent them from doing so. It's not a huge change, really.

Only 99%. Relax.

Ok, I understand but with the Tr-Beam Laser Rifle that 1% is a huge difference. That means I will have to carry multiple Tr-Beams which cannot be bought from a vendor (BoS) more than once and there's only a few of them you can find in the game if you're allied with the BoS. That gun needs a mod that increases it's condition, like the Bush Gun Forged Reciever.

Actually, after reading further ahead, the exact amount is 99.99%. So your losing .1%. If you complain about that, well..

Below the blog post:

Why? I have so many caps that it doesn’t matter if I’m forced to use vendors, but still… kind of a d*ck move nerfing repair kits like that.

And as a reply...

That entry is a bit misleading. It will repair the weapon to 99.9% CND. The problem is that the engine treats 100% CND weapons in weird ways and it can cause bugs. Since weapons max out in effectiveness long before you reach 100%, the loss for the player is extremely small.

If reducing to 99.9% fixes disappearing repaired weapons, bravo! This is a fix I can live with.

I would note, even the NEW weapons bought from Gun Runners often have a little room for topping off caps with a paid 100% repair.
