I have read the lists over what the updates/patches should fix, and all of my quest-glitches are supposed to be fixed. But guess what, they aren't. I cannot complete The White Phial, the Windhelm Blood On The Ice quest won't start, and so on.
I also have problems with things bouncing out of place whenever I come back to Vlindrel Hall, even out of their Weapon Plaques.

But most importantly, why won't the patches fix what they are supposed to fix? And how can I fix this? Would it be safe to delete the title update, and re-install it, to see if that helped?
