I was wondering if anyone had any info on character and weapon upgrades, perks or skills? This may have already been discussed.

So basically like fallout or any game like this you have your skills that can be upgraded, does Rage offer anything like this? If they do what are we gonna see on release day. I know ammo is a big part of this but I was curious to know if maybe the character we play can somehow purchase upgrades to boost health or special skills.

Maybe any kind of system that makes you feel like your a big part of the character? I love earning and working toward building up my character and just wanted to know if this was any part of rage. Personally for me a game like fallout was great because I got to choose what I did and how I did it. I'm not looking for total freedom in rage, well at least I don't expect it but it would be nice to have some kind of character build or customization to make it more of a personal experience.
