This is horrible, my char. is literally screwed badly and i nearly finished the game.
Heres what happened, i had triss armor mod and my active effects are: + 33 HP on the armor, 25% archery on gloves, and 14 weight on the shoes. Now, i did not remove my armor, shoes and gloves before uninstalling the mod, as there is a new triss armor mod uploaded. So i simply uninstalled the old mod, and then downloaded and installed the new mod that is totally different to the old mod.

Now, when i get in game, my char. is naked which i had expected, so i crafted a new set of armor/shoe/gloves and enchanted them with HP, archery and weight. HOWEVER i noticed my active effects have TWO + HP effect, archery and weight. Obviously one of them is from the previous clothes, and there is no name above the effect words.
So i m stuck with an additional 33 HP, 25% archery and 14 weight, which is good since i get an additional boost, but i really disliked it. Is there a way to remove this bug/glitch?

If any of your stuff is double enchanted it will show up twice in your active effects list, once for each effect you are gaining from the item, It just happens to show all of the effects of a single piece of armor on each listing...

nope none of them are double enchanted. it is a glitch from my old triss armor. Dang it, guess i have to live with my bonus active effects which makes the game easier

Or just don't enchant your new armor...

I realize this unorthodox way of thinking is down right insane, but sometimes insane works.

When your not wearing the armor if the active effect is still their, just make another piece of armor with out that effect, see if that works. If it's doubleing only because of the enchanted armor, I don't know what to tell you.

I do not have anything to contribute. I just came here to wish Mclericp luck.
It's things like this that kept me away from Mods, even though they are really good.

yes, even when i m naked, without any clothes at all, no rings no necklaces no socks no undies etc etc, u noe what i mean, i still get a bonus of HP, archery and weight.

@uhappynow my save isnt ruined, else i would rage. But it is still playable. Tip to you guys, before you want to uninstall a clothes mod, delete that clothes ingame before removing it, else u r gonna be one very unhappy person once u login.

You should stay Naked, and turn up LMFAO-sixy and I know it. You see were I am going with this?
