URGENT HELP! :(

So my major skill on this play through is an archer, as I level that's the first thing I go to, and its says my archery is as 25 (in red) meaning something is wrong with it.

-check active effect
- wearing nothing and its still that
- its 46 normally.
-WAT DO :(

It's a bug. The next time you level the skill it will be fixed.

But mine fixed itself when Ieveled ARCHERY....not sure if smithing will do jt
