I have forgottten how to use the wingsticks,I know you go to fists(key 1) but what key to throw?
then never did learn buggy rockets so what key?

Look in the menu under "settings" and "keyboard/mouse".

anyways I had figured out the wingsticks again,now I am stuck on how to use the emp grenades I can use the he grenades.

You need to press one of the "F" keys, depending on how you set up the slots for secondary actions like bandages and such, and then the button you use for these actions. For instance , mine is usually "F1" for bandages, "F2" for wingsticks, "F3" for grenades....and so on.

EDIT:

Just to clarify, you press the "F" button, release it, then press the "item use" key...not at the same time...I confused a friend when explaining it to him, he thought I meant you had to press both at once.

Q is the default "special" button. It will activate wingsticks, grenades, bandages and what ever else you put in the special key area. You chose the special key usage target with F1 thru F4.
