In TESIV there was the ability to turn on a debug text which i used as a personal GPS to identify the XYZ and cell current position.
I used this to identify where i was in the Tamirel world space when i was exploring for potential mod home-site locations.

Is this available in Skyrim??

I used the Help "debug" 0 console function but no help i could see.
