Using Multiple WeaponArmor Mods

Hey, I have been having a bit of a problem with using some weapon/armor mods together and thought I might ask for some help.

Problem - Basically the issue is I think a specific mod or two are taking priority over the rest of the item mods and overwhelming npc's and merchants alike with ONLY those items. I have tried bashing them together with what ones it allows me to, however it still does not seem to fully help. I am also using ASIS, but I am not sure if that alters items at all aside from potions?

Weapon/Armor mods used - I have quite a few weapon/armor mods being used, however most are small and rarely seen in the game or do not add a significant amount of items. The 3 below are the main ones that do not want to play nice at all. As far as I can tell, these 3 may also be causing the rest of my smaller ones to not function at all when it comes to buying/drops.

Question - I suppose my question here is, how can I make all my item mods function together so that one doesn't always dominate the rest. Or at least, how can I make these 3 work together correctly so that I don't either have a full list of one mod items on a merchant? Can I perhaps add more item mods to my leveled lists manually?
