I bought skyrim some time ago, but it crashed :L now I want to download it again, but is it possible to use the old saves which I still got on my pc, in the new bought Skyrim?

I doubt it would be an issue. It wasn't on my PS3.

The only thing I would do with a new install, is after you load the save, make a new save slot and play on that for a while. This way if there is a mod related issue or some other weirdness caused by content that you had that is no longer there or newly added content or patches since the last time you played that would mess with your save, you can at least rememdy a fix with your old save.
