Vamp improvement

So i finely finished my vamp play through and im pretty damn dissapointed. As a vamp you get the vamp servant and drain for offense which pretty crappy. Also get the vamp bonuses which are coo. When your hunger increases you get the last skill that goes away ones you feed again which is weak sauce. Also i found it very stupid that once you max out on the lust people attack you on the spot for no reason which was pretty annoying because i was overwieght and tried to find a person to sell my stuff to but that wouldnt happen anytime soon. So then i tried to find a person that was sleeping to feed on but i had to drop some gear to lighten up. Headed to the farms around whiterun and got lucky finely after spending maybe 40 mins just to sell some gear. Pretty big downfall.

If you think about it, becoming a vamp is actuly giving up alot of things. Things like health/stamina/magic restroration is totaly gone in the day light, get useless offensive abilitys that can only be used once a day, people attack and rarely are afraid of you when you get to max hunger.

Vamps have no back ground in the game and have no questline for being a vamp which svcks super big.
Like werewolfs vamps just feel like a phatetic chance at something. If you look carefuly you arnt getting much because the cons outnumber the pros by alot of things.

What i think should be changed is that you hunger should weaken you not make you stronger. By that i mean once you become a vamp you start with all the abilitys vamps have as of now and if a DLC on vamps and werewolfs is released then you could do vamp questlines to get more abilitys and get stronger by doing the quests.

The DLC could include an area where there are many casts and clans of vamps that are in war with the werewolfs or vamp hunters. Could be like many castles around skyrim that have vamp clans where you can learn to get better with your powers.

In these castles you can get your vamp on by getting vamp related gear and traning to get more abilitys.
The quests could be about hunting werewolf clans or camps to send a message that vamps are in skyrim and want it to themselves. Some quests can be about uniting the clan leaders to join up to make(basicly) an army to take over skyrim. Others could be about going out to hunt the wildlife or vamp hunters. Could aslo have quests on raiding towns with some vamp npcs to control more territory. There could be a new main quest line that isnt boring or childisly put.

The apperence of a vamp could be the same as of now but im hopin that they introducs wings(like markus in underworld 2 that was pretty badass). Also the weakness of not being able to regen in sunlight should be removed along with people trying to kill you for no reason.

Vamps need to be more tricky and complex. As of now there simple and weak.

I'd like quests and factions, too. I'm sure there will be a mod out to reverse the stages (so that feeding makes you stronger like you said).

Everyone knows Skyrim's vampires are pathetically crap compared to Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines.

I'm not a Vampire player myself, but I believe from what I've heard they need a reworking, don't know how, don't know what to change, but like Werewolves and the patch i'm hoping for them. Vampires need to be more "player friendly" however unlike the Werewolves I feel the Vampire must be beneficial for all playing styles. Or if somehow the game detects the players, playing style and has a set list of "Vampire" skills that aids the players style. Like a Warrior Vampire for example gets a boost for Warrior type skills. I'm not too sure with this once, but I know they need adjusting.

No game can ever come close to the Whitewolf's vampire system anyway so it isn't really quite fair to comparing Masquerde Vampires with a vampire script exported from Oblivion by a lazy intern who is also secretly posting on COD forums during office hours while no one is watching.

Vampires are not a huge focus in the game. Vampirism has always been optional in the TES games. It svcks that there isn't much focus on vampires in Skyrim compared to the huge amount of focus of werewolves, which happen to be extremely over powered. Giving werewolves 100% resistance to disease is just insane. I always make my characters werewolves just so I don't have to worry about disease.

As for why the vampires are so much like the ones in Oblivion with some changes and tweaks, I'll just leave out any coding reasons that aren't related to gameplay. It's very possible that there's rogue Cyrodilic vampires in Skyrim. Maybe the bloodline native to Skyrim has died off. Maybe that bloodline was impractical for gameplay. Maybe that bloodline could have been a made up by the writer of Immortal Blood. Maybe the bloodline was exaggerated in that book. They could have just been extremely strong, but only a few do the things that book mentioned.

Understandably neither Werewolves nor Vampires are the main focus of Skyrim. Dragons more or less are, but to have something in the game, i think, means it if used it MUST be worth having. So not to be rude, to put something in that is only set for one style or seems weak and underdone is just rather sloppy, if it's in the game and is used it SHOULD be useful. Vampirism should in way aid the player but yet still feel like a Vampire.
