it is the fifth age now, I am sure they have sufficient ways of curing vampire disease compared to the long time it took in oblivion and morrowind.
Still vamps should be burning in the sun and I detest being vampire anyway (utterly refuse to be one, nor a werewolf)

So, no not really. The cure for Vampirism could be easier or harder then in the past, but that would depend entirely on the person giving you the cure.
