Vampire Lord form question

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 3:50 am

Has it been confirmed whether or not there will be a time limit for the VL form, before you revert to your human/elf/cat/lizard self? I'm hoping there isn't one.

I don't think that there is. I remember reading somewhere, "You can transform into a Vampire Lord whenever you wish, and while in Vampire Lord form you can use special powers. You also have a power to use when/if you want to turn back called Revert." Or something like that. I highly doubt there is a limit.

They said twice that you could play as the Vampire Lord as your primary weapon. (This implies that there is no limit and you can change from normal to Vampire Lord and back as much as you want.)

That's what I thought I read somewhere that made me think there wouldn't be one.

I think it might be like the werewolf form where you have to feed to extend the time you will be able to stay in that form.

No from what i understand you can change from the Vampire Lord anytime you want but you still need to feed to stay a werewolf and i wish they did the VL thing for werewolves as well.

It's not timed for the transformations or timed while in the transformation. It was in one of the interviews.

Think of it this way, the Werewolfs are not as controllable as a Vampire Lord form is. The Werewolf can be hard to control just in general as it's more a virus/disease that originally had uncontrollable transformations. The Vampire Lord is like an add on to the already existing Virus of Vampires.

Thanks for glossing that over for me, but does anyone know if you still have a problem regenerating your stats in the sunlight even when your in VL form?

In the E3 gameplay that came out today it showed non regenerating health in VL form, but you can launch vampiric drain "bombs" that absorb a big chunk of health.

I expect you can change vampire bat form at will.
Pretty sure their health does not regenerate but there needs to be a downside for being a vampire right, and they make up for their none regenerating health with their blood draining power and they have several new abilities so thay would make up for that.
