Race on the skill tree says Vampire Lord but surly thats just a form??

It's just the form. When you save as a werewolf in the save file it says that your a werewolf, not your actual race. The werewolf perk tree says the same thing.

Maybe because you can turn into one indefinately until you switch back and you can only acces it's skill tree and nothing else?

That's the actual tree, not a mod.

I'd assume it's because you only access that skill tree as a Vampire Lord, so at the time of accessing, that's your race.

Races don't have individual perk trees... first clue, there.
