Although, she'd be kind of cute without the big hair, fake tan, overdone make-up, implants, and goofy look on her face.

Are you talking about just your skin color, or your entire appearance all together? There is a skin texture bug for vampirism, was suppose to simulate sun damage but looks terrible.

I'm having the same problem with my Breton vampire. His skin was average Caucasian colour prior to vampirism, now he looks like a Redguard.

Yeah the change in appearance for the vampire was definitely a turn off for me. I was thinking about playing as one recently but decided not to due to this and a few other reasons.
