Vampire Robes?

I read somewhere before release there were Vampire Robes as an alternatve to the Armor. Any truth to that?

Magicka regeneration enchanted on the robes. No, you cannot disenchant them.

They're unenchanted and look horrible.
They're not robes but i like the look of them for my nord, i rock penitus oculatus bracers and black boots with them.

I'll admit they make me want real vamp robes for my altmer mage but what can you do

The Vampire robe's look best of females. Reason is cause they actually look like robes on them.
