are they the same thing? if my character is already a vampire, when i get the DLC, does that open him up to automatically be a vampire lord? or do i HAVE to join the vampires in the DLC to become a vampire lord?

does that mean there are "NORMAL" vampire AND vampire lords?

also, ive been told that werewolves do use the cuurect "perk" system but gain perks from eating people thus, if you are lvl *! and cant get perks you can still max out werewolf. is it the same for vamps? do you get perks for feeding and can still max out vampire lord even if you are lvl 81?

You become a vampire lord through the DLC. They are stronger than standard vampires.

And I believe the perk trees of the vampire lords and werewolves operate independently from the normal leveling system. I don't think you actually level up from them.

1. Pretty sure you need to side with them to become a Lord.

2. Yes the vamp perks work in the same manner as the ww perks.
