Vampires And werewolfs

Post » Fri Jun 22, 2012 3:18 pm

My character is an archer sneak, i wanted to become a wereolf or a vamp so i anolysed the pros and cons and reliezed that while vamps are more suited to my style and werewolfs are more general vamps have to many cons and not enough pros so I transformed into a werewolf.
Now i hear there upgrading vamps in dawnguard and dont know what to do , I could rid myself of lycanthropy but then i can never get it back ( which [censored]in blows dunnoo why they did this) or i can create a new char but to make it a good vamp char it would have to be very similar to mine, i mean i guess i could focus more on one handed and illusin with a different race but i feel even with a distract and stab char it would feel to similar because i would be doing the same type of quests

opinions?
ps.... hm.... maybe a sneak mage? do you even get 2x damage with sneak spells?''

Werewolves are more for fighter characters. For you thief I would go vampire so you could experience dawnguard. I only do werewolf on warriors.

I would have different characters to match what your trying to play as, so when Dawnguard gets here maybe you should start a new type of character to play as a vampire. Right now, I generally find werewolves to be much more fun to play as.

i agree with starting a second character, i dont know how awsome/crap the new vamp is going to be but i deserves a new character, and of course. . .

I dont always play a vampire,

but when i do, i choose necromage

stay undead my friends.

If you run a lot and zoom in often with your bow, then take into account that a Vamp's Stamina does not regenerate when daytime.

actaully it doesnt stop regenerating, its just set to 0% wich can be fixed with anything that increases stamina regeneration rate (items, standing stones, etc)

Vampirism is pretty manageable with equipment that gives a boost to stat regeneration. It's much more than manageable with the Necromage perk.

On the other hand, I get no use at all out of being a werewolf. At higher levels it just doesn't help; my character is actually much weaker in beast form. Pretty much just good for the disease immunity.
