I hit the fourth stage of vampirism and get a message saying i'm now feared and hated.I can understand the hate part but fear? Every farmer, civillian, woman out collecting crops in a field whips out a dagger and charges the unholy monster confident their meager combat skills can end it's unholy life.
What's all that about?
No fellowship with other vampires,no faction,no abode.
Vampirism and necromancy were never really fleshed out in Oblivion, especially in the mage guild quests.Skyrim would have been a great opportunity.I'll find myself in a cave and hear the voice of a necromancer talking about a plot to dig out a tomb and raise the dead and i'm thinking "Hang on can i not join you? That sounds a lot more interesting than what i'm being asked to do"
Give us the option to not be a dragonslayer and saviour of the world while still watching the main events of the story unfold or at least write a plotline where both good and evil characters/factions can find some common cause out of self interest to put an end to the dragon threat.
"You've done Whiterun a great service" - " I'm now allowing you to buy a house in Whiterun and giving you a woman who stands up and sits down every 5 seconds"
"Well thats very kind of you Jarl Balgruuf but i'm not that fussed about being a Theign so can i not have a cave or underground dwelling somewhere with a few chests to keep my stuff and you can keep the sit down standy up woman?"
Oh well maybe in the next game

If I'm rocking vampirism or I have the ring of hircine or I've been "blessed" by the companions, I think they would know.
vampires are 100% lore-breaking (same goes to werewolves) and boring, first we are stuck with The Order and, to make them border-line insulting to the lore, the volknier (spelling) are the exact same as the cyrodillic order, not even cosmetic differences
