I can not seem to make Cass follow me back to the Van Graffs. I found her in the Mojave Outpost and told her about the Van Graffs but she wont follow me. One of her dialogs say that she wont leave until her caravan papers clear. Any one know if I'm missing something?

I can help a little, but not much. There are some dialogue options you haven't explored, or check your quests, i'm not sure the order they come in. Basically you have another quest to do for her. It's kind of a quest within a quest/ a side quest of a side quest, if you will. You have to go to Crimson Caravan I believe and talk to Alice McLafferty, she wants to buy Cass' caravan company. I'm at work right now and not at my game so I don't have all the specifics. Go talk to Alice if you don't have any more speech options with Cass. This probably didn't help much, but maybe it'll give you some insight.
