I've been hunting on newvegasnexus for something that fits what I've wanted and always came up short. I threw together an image of what I would want from the mash-up.
It only requires parts of the Merc Adventurer Outfit, Merc Grunt Outfit and one or two pieces of the Merc Troublemaker Outfit for the female mesh only.

1) The whole vest with webbing is what I'm asking for.
2) Part of the Troublemaker female mesh
3) Hank of rope from trouble maker female mesh, should be hung off belt.
4) Straps to hold on the shoulder, may not be necessary if not easily done.
5) Bandoleer from Troublemaker male mesh, if it can't conform to a female model, don't worry about adding it.

I outlined these points not to be picky but to avoid being vague.

I'm still learning my way around nifs, blender and GECK otherwise I would be doing this myself. :shrug:

I'm not to bad with it though but still learning.

The GECK won't make this for you anyway. You need 3d modeling software.
