I finished the Vault 19 quest by blowing up the plutonium caves and making the Powder Gangers turn themselves over to the NCR. I also finished For The Republic by assassinating Papa Khan and putting the other man in power. This failed the Vault 19 quest, so the endscreen was "Powder Gangers Terrorize The Wastes" rather than "Powder Gangers Turn Themselves Over." Can I get a fix for this?
