So Vault 34 is that vault with all the radiation and ghouls. I've gotten into the utility computer using the password obtained from the Technician (?) aka the ghoul submersed in water under the desk. Now I need to get into the Vault chief's computer to unlock the Armoury (last step to loot! ) but I simply can't find the dang password.

The official guide seems to indicate that both passwords come from that submersed ghoul, but that isn't working for me. Now I'm rerunning the whole vault looking for journals (maybe I missed a journal and the password is in it?)

I'm sure the beta testers would've confirmed that the Armoury is accessible! So my question is: could you please recall where you got the second password?

There are two different submerged areas, and each has a technician that you need to loot for a password. And both of these diving areas have a "burst pipe" as a marker, so if you're following the guide like me, don't be fooled, like me

What decision did you make at the end regarding the generator and the survivors?

I feel bad because I chose the farms. The NCR was nice enough to give me am emergency radio however.

I actually barely made it out of there. I think I walked out with like 916 rads. Even with the suit, and the stuff in the Clinic safe. (You die at 1000)
