I talked to Sarah the first time I went to the strip and made a deal to get her Vault Suits. Well I am fully loaded with them right now, and the only thing I can get out of her is some six, without even giving up the suits. What gives? Am I simply supposed to sell them to her? She promised me a LOT more than just 2 caps per, which is what all the suits I have are worth in the barter screen :/

Does it matter if the suits are just regular jumpsuits or can Utility Jumpsuits be given to her? Because all I have found so far are utility jumpsuits.
