This is probably pretty basic, but I can't find an answer in any tutorials or searches.
I set up a vendor, but their sell inventory never appears. I checked the attached safe, the items are there. Also, the caps from the safe appear in the barter screen. None of the items do, however.
Something I'm missing?

I had a similiar problem when I tried to set a new vendor up using http://geck.gamesas.com/index.php/Creating_a_new_vendor tutorial in the wiki. What I found was that in point #2 it tells you to "tick auto-calc services" which I found to be incorrect. By ticking the individual boxes of the types of items he was selling, all the items plus the cash showed up.
Give that a try as well.
