so i've done this quest before on my first play but now when i try to start it by going to the locations what make Veronica talk about stuff dont happen i looked on fallout wiki about the quest and it said that some things can only be done once (like talking to someone for 1st time) but there are other ways to start the quest that can be done no matter what (like going to vault 3 or boomers museum) but these dont work either if know something that can fix this please let me know

I'm having the same problem of none of those conversations at like Nelson or Camp Mccaren activating and I can't find a fix in the falloutwiki either.
