i just finished the i can make you care quest and after the BoS knights outside of the bunker are dead she wont follow me. i tried firing her, and rehiring her. turning wait on and off. knocking her out. can anyone help me?

Did you set her to "Wait here" and then forget?

One of the game's many glitches unfortunately.

She seems the most glitchy of all the companions.. I constantly save and reload with her in the party.. I'm just doing companion quests to do them.. but yeah.. glitchy.
