After finishing her personal mission, before getting into a fire fight(being vague so not to spoil)

I went immediately into pip boy so i could equip and skipped auto conversation with the enemy. then killed them all.. but now veronica will not follow me, even if i tell her to meet me at 188 or lucky 38 she will no longer follow me..

My prior save is gone, so wanted to throw this glitch up.

I had the same issue and here is how I fixed it (not my idea, someone else deserves the credit).

Go to Gibson's Shack (Where you downloaded that data from the terminal, it's not on the map, but is West of her Junkyard). Re-download the data and she should re-appear and be fully functioning again.
